少数民族干部政治参与意识普遍增强是现阶段我国社会主义政治文明建设进程中的一个突出现象,这与我国特定的民族关系结构、国家解决民族问题的政策战略的运行有很密切的关系。因此,了解作为公民个体和作为少数民族群体代表的少数民族干部在政治参与实践中对国家结构体系、国家解决民族问题的战略部署的基本态度,自身国家观与民族观结构层次,将会得出一些有益的政策启示。

General enlargement of consciousness of political participation of cadres of ethnic minorities is an outstanding phenomenon in the course of Chinese socialism political civilization at present stage,which has close relation with the structure of Chinese specific ethnic relation and the policy strategic function of state solving the ethnic problem.So we will conclude some useful policy enlightenments by keeping abreast of the basic attitude,and the structural arrangement of state outlook and ethnic outlook of cadres of ethnic minorities who represent the citizen individuals and groups of ethnic minorities.
