芪棱汤合针刺治疗脑梗死疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察芪棱汤合针刺治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法99例脑梗死患者随机分为A、B、C三组,分别予芪棱汤合针刺、芪棱汤及针刺治疗,观察各组疗效及治疗前后血液流变性、血脂的变化。结果各组治疗后血液流变性及血脂均有改善,而以A组(芪棱汤合针刺)尤为明显;各组疗效比较,亦以A组为佳。结论芪棱汤合针刺治疗脑梗死有较好的疗效。 To study the therapeutic effect of Qileng Decoction(芪 棱 汤 ) combined with acupuncture for cerebral infaraction(CI). Methods:99 patients were assigned randomly to three groups(groupA,B and C).Patients in group A were given Qileng Decoction and acupuncture,while those in group B were given Qileng Decoction and in group C were given acupuncture only.The symptoms,the hemorheology and blood grease were observed before and after treatment. Results:After treating,the total effective rate,the healing rate and main indications of hemorheology, blood grease had been improved, those of patients in group A were the most superior.Conclusion:Qileng Decoction combined with acupuncture possess good curative effect for CI.
