连续性肾脏替代治疗并参附注射液治疗多器官功能障碍综合征临床研究

Clinical Study on Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy Combied With Shenfu Injection(参 附 注 射 液 ) for Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome

目的观察连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)并参附注射液治疗多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的疗效。方法25例MODS患者在西医常规综合治疗基础上进行CRRT并予参附注射液,观察平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)、治疗前后肾功能及血气分析的变化。结果25例MODS患者中12例度过危险期,并经积极治疗后病情好转;死亡13例,死亡率为52%;治疗前后平均MAP、HR、肾功能及血气分析均得以改善。结论CRRT并参附注射液治疗MODS有较好疗效,对降低死亡率有一定意义。

To observe the clinically curative effects of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) combined with Shenfu Injection(参 附 注 射 液 ) for multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods:25 patients with MODS was treated with conventional therapy adding CRRT and Shenfu Injection.The changes in mean blood pressure(MAP),heatr rate(HR),SaO2, renal function and blood gas analysis were observed.Results:12 of 25 patients were out of danger and got well,13 patients dead. The changes in MAP,HR,SaO2,renal function and blood gas analysis had significant differences.Conclusions:The CRRT combined with Shenfu Injecion on is a better strategy for treating MODS.There is high meaning for reducing death rate.
