泰脂安胶囊对实验性心肌缺血损伤大鼠心肌酶和心电图的影响

Influence of Taizhi' an Capsule(泰 脂 安 胶 囊 ) on Myocardial Enzymes and ECG of Experimental Myocardial Infarction in Rats

目的探讨泰脂安胶囊对实验性心肌缺血损伤大鼠模型心肌酶和心电图ST段的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为观察组、实验组与对照组,观察组与实验组均腹腔内注射异丙肾上腺素造成心肌缺血损伤模型,造模前观察组予泰脂安胶囊药粉灌胃,其余两组灌以生理盐水,观察各组CK、CK-MB、LDH和心电图ST段抬高情况。结果实验组较对照组CK、CK-MB和LDH明显增加,而观察组则较实验组明显减少;实验组较对照组ST段明显抬高,而观察组则较实验组ST段明显降低。结论泰脂安胶囊可以降低实验性心肌缺血损伤大鼠模型的心肌酶和心电图ST段的抬高程度,表明其对缺血心肌具有保护作用。

To observe the influence of Taizhi' an Capsule(泰 脂 安 胶 囊 )on myocardial enzymes and ECG of experimental myocardial infarction in rats.Methods:Rats were sorted to three stochastic groups, the observational group,the experimental group and the controlled group.The rats of the observational and the experimental groups were made to myocardial infarction model by isoproterenal(ISO,ip),and befoer ip ISO,the powder of Taizhi 'an Capsule were injected to the stomach of the rats in the observational group,the rats of the other two groups injected normal saline.On the models the release amount of CK,CK- MB,LDH and the elevatory degree of ST segment of ECG were observed.Results:The release amount of CK,CK- MB,LDH of the experimental group was higher than that of the controlled group,on the other hand,those of the observational group were lower than of the experimental group. The ST segment of ECG of the experimental group was elevated than that of the controlled group,otherwise that of the observational group was loner than of the experimental one.Conclusions:Taizhi 'an Capsule could lower down the release amount of CK,CK- MB,LDH and the elevatory degree of ST segment of ECG in the experimental myocardial infarction rats that indicate it has protective effect to the cardiac muscle.
