摘要
目的 根据眼睑外翻畸形的程度 ,选择相应的手术治疗 ,恢复眼睑功能 ,使外形美观。方法 ①眼睑畸形矫正 +创面覆盖中、全厚皮片移植 ;②眼睑畸形矫正 +真皮下血管网皮片移植 ;③眼睑畸形矫正 +颧部皮瓣 ;④“V-Y”推进下眼睑或内眦角整形。结果 在治疗的 12 4例患者中 ,12 2例患者功能和外观恢复 ,形态自然。结论 在修复眼睑时 ,只要能使皮肤缺损和结膜囊完整性得到修复 ,创面覆盖物选择得当 ,其功能及外观美均能得以较大程度的恢复 。
Objective To find out a suitable way to select the operatine method in order to gain a good function and a fine-looking appearance of eyelids. Methods ①Correction of eyelid deformity +middle or full thickness skin graft; ②Correction of eyelid deformity +skin graft with subdermal vascular plexus; ③Correction of eyelid deformity +cheek skin flap; ④“V-Y” advance skin flap and medial canthopexy. Results 124 cases recovered the function and outward appearance. Conclusion Only the skin deformity and the complete conjunctival sac were recovered and the correct cover were selected, the reparation of eyelid deformity made the function and the appearance of eyelid recovered maximum limitedly. The effect were also satisfactory.
