摘要
空间作战要实现精干高效的指挥,建立科学合理的指挥体制是关键.分析了空间作战对指挥体制的需求,从组织体系、机构设置和相互关系等方面研究了空间作战指挥体制的相关问题,提出建立统一的空间作战指挥体制、航天部队相关任务中心、各军兵种空间信息作战应用中心,从而提高空间作战指挥效能和作战应用效能.
To realize the high-effective command of space operation, it is very important to build the scientific and reasonable command system. In the paper, the requirement of space operation to command system is studied. And the composition, framework and correlation of the command system of space operation are studied. It refers to construct the unified space operational command system, the task centers of space troops and the space information application center of services, and improves the efficiency of operation command and operation efficiency of information.
