摘要
研究将超声波能量施与扩孔刀 ,使其产生一定振幅的超声频 ,以扭转振动方式进行干式扩孔的工艺方法。试验结果表明 ,超声振动干式扩孔与超声振动湿式扩孔有相近的规律 ,加工精度和表面质量可达到或超过磨削工艺。
This paper studies the dry reaming technology by applying ultrasonic vibration to the reamer bit. The research shows that this method can significantly improve the machining precision and the surface quality. The reaming regulations are summarized. The test results are discussed in this paper.
