血GM-CSF、EOS联合检测对哮喘气道炎症的评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探索血中GM CSF、EOS联合检测对哮喘气道炎症的评价。方法 研究对象分为正常组 3 0例 ,哮喘组92例分为哮喘急性发作期和症状控制 2周后各 48例和 44例 ,分别测定GM CSF、EOS、FEV1。结果 哮喘发作期 ,血GM CSF、EOS都较正常组和症状控制 2周明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ;症状控制 2周后 ,GM CSF、EOS仍较正常组高 (P <0 0 5 )。各组GM CSF水平与外周血EOS计数呈正相关 (r=0 .83 3 6,P <0 0 1) ;血清GM CSF水平及外周血EOS计数与FEV1均呈负相关 (r=-0 .83 45 ,-0 75 5 8,P <0 0 1)。结论 外周血EOS、GM CSF水平测定可作为临床监测哮喘气道炎症的观察指标。 Objective To evaluate the influence of GM-CSFEOS on airway inflammation in asthma.Methods The experimental subjects were divided into there groups,i.e. 30 cases in normal control group 48 cases in asthma group and 44 case.in the treated group who had received therapy for two weeks.Their GM-CSF,EOS and FEV1 were measured respectively.Results The levels of GM-CSF and EOS in asthma group (0.27±0.08 and 325.92±51.43,respectively)were significantly higher than those in normal control group and the treated group(0.08±0.08 and 89.67±28.32,respectively,P<0.01).2 weeks after therapy,the levels of GM-CSF,EOS were still significantly higher than those in normal control group(0.01<P<0.05).FEV1 had negative correlation with the EOS count and the level of GM-CSF (r=0.7558;-0.8345 respectively);The EOS count had positive correlation with the level of GM-CSF(r=0.8336).Conclusion The levels of GM-CSF and EOS in blood may be used as specific markers for airway inflammation in asthma.
