小儿颅脑损伤血清烯醇化酶检测及临床意义

摘要 目的 了解小儿颅脑损伤血清烯醇化酶含量变化与颅脑损伤程度及预后的关系。方法 用酶免疫法测定45例小儿颅脑损伤患者血清NSE水平。结果  45例小儿患者血清NSE与颅脑损伤GCS评分呈负相关 (r =-0 .62 ,P <0 0 1) ,伤后第 1天血清NSE呈最高值 ,与正常对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,预后不良组 2 4小时 ,3~ 5天、7天NSE水平与预后良好组各时段均有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 颅脑损伤患儿血清NSE与损伤程度成正比 ,测定血清NSE可用于估价颅脑损伤的伤情及预后。 Objective To study the change of serum NSE and the relationship between traumatic degree and prognosis of head injury.Methods With the method of ELISA,levels of serum NSE were measured in 45 children with head injury.Results Among 45 patients,the negative correlation was observed between serum NSE and the GCS of traumatic degree of head injury(r=-0.62,P< 0.01 ).The first day after injury,the levels of serum NSE were the highest,and there was a significant difference between the traumatic group and normal group(P<0.01)and between the unfavourable prognosis group and the favourable prognosis group in 24 hours and 3~5day and 7 day(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a direct ratio between serum NSE and the traumatic degree,and the traumatic degree and prognosis of head injury of children can be determined by the measurement of serum NSE.
