摘要
在氯化钠存在下 ,十六烷基三甲基氯化铵盐水体系浮选分离汞的条件的研究结果表明 ,在CTMAD浓度为1.5×10-3mol/L,NH4SCN浓度为1.5×10-2 mol/L ,pH为1~6的常温条件下 ,可浮选除去水中的汞 ,浮选率平均达96.1 %。同时在水相存在其它离子(Ca2 +、Mg2 +、Mn2 +、Ni2 +、Pb2 +)时 ,浮选率几乎不受影响 ,因而能实现Hg2 +离子较安全地分离 ,从而达到从水中除去汞的目的。
The flotation separation behavior and conditions of mercury with cetyltrimethylammonium chloride-salt-water system were studied in the presence of sodium chloride.The conditions in-clude dosage,pH and temerature,etc.The conclusion proves that Hg can be separated from water with floating,flotation ratio can arrive96.1%,in nomal temperature of the density of CTMAD:1.5×10 -3 mol/L,NH 4 SCN:1.5×10 -2 mol/L,pH:1~6.And other ion(Ca 2+ 、Mg 2+ 、Mn 2+ 、Ni 2+ 、Pb 2+ )existing,the flotation ratio is changed hardly.So,Mercury can be eliminated from water.
