腰椎间盘突出症再手术探讨

To explore reoperation of lumbar disc protrusion

目的 分析腰椎间盘突出症再手术的原因 ,探讨预防措施及再手术方法。方法 对 2 3例腰椎间盘突出症再手术病例进行分析。结果 再手术的常见原因有相同间隙和不同间隙椎间盘突出复发 ,腰椎管 (侧隐窝 )狭窄未能彻底减压 ,严重瘢痕压迫 ,继发性腰椎不稳等。结论 对腰椎间盘突出症患者 ,术前应结合临床表现和影像学检查 ,明确所有诊断 ,并严格掌握手术指征 ;再手术的目的是解除症状 ,恢复功能 ,重建脊柱稳定性。

Objective: Analysis of the causes resulted in reoperation of lumbar disc protrusion, to explore the prophylactic measure and method of reoperation. Methods:To analyse 23 cases of reoperation of lumbar disc protrusion.Results:The common cause of reoperation of lumbar disc protrusion is identical and anisoidentical interspace repea of protrusion, the constriction of lumbar spinal canal or lateral recess can not thorough relieve, severity compression of scar, lumbar spine instability etc. Conclusions:The patien of lumbar disc protrusion should been clear-cut all diagnosis on the basis of clinical situation and checking of screenage in preoperative, the objective of reoperation is relieve symptom, restoration of function and reconstruction of spinal stabilization.
