改良式经皮穿刺髓核钳夹术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(英文) 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨改良式经皮穿刺髓核钳夹术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及相关因素。方法 在C臂X线机双向定位下 ,经皮穿刺靶椎间盘的后 1/ 3处 ,逐级扩张穿刺通道置入工作套管 ,采用手动髓核钳由浅入深 ,多方位夹取髓核 ,直到无髓核组织钳出时 ,终止手术。结果  4 2例患者共接受 74个椎间盘改良式钳夹手术 ,穿刺成功率为 10 0 % ,临床总有效率为 97.6 % ,无效率为 2 .4 % ,无并发症发生。结论 改良式经皮髓核钳夹术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著、适应证宽 ,是简便易行、安全实用的有效治疗方法 ,值得推广。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect and related factors on the ameliorative percutaneous nucleus pulposus clamp. Methods:According to two-way fluoroscopy and orientation of the C-Arm X-Ray machine, percutaneous punctured the posterior 1/3 of the pathological lumbar disc. Progressively dilated the passage of the puncture and put the job casing in lumbar disc. Took the advantage of manual control nucleus pulposus clamp gradually clamped neucleus pulposus tissue until no more could be got.Results:42 patients have received this procedure 74 times totally, the successful rate reachs 100%, the clinical total effective rates is 97.6%, the null rates is 2.4%, without complications.Conclusions: Ameliorative percutaneous nucleus pulposus clamp is an effective procedure for lumbar disc herniation, which is simple, safe, inexpensive, reliable and effective. It is worth to spread in clinical treatment.
