重复异位妊娠诊治的探讨

Analysis on repeated ectopic pregnancy

目的 探讨重复异位妊娠的影响因素及治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析我院近 5年异位妊娠治疗后再次妊娠的结局和影响因素。结果 初次异位妊娠治疗后 ,2 6例宫内孕 ,33例重复异位妊娠。重复异位妊娠的影响因素为 :盆腔异常和异位妊娠次数对REP的影响极为显著 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,对侧输卵管状态 (P =0 .0 2 0 )及患侧输卵管治疗方式 (P =0 .0 2 8)也直接影响异位妊娠预后。结论 对重复异位妊娠的处理应根据盆腔状况及双侧输卵管形态慎重选择治疗方式。

Objective: To discuss the influence factors and treatment of repeated ectopic pregnancy(REP). Methods:The influence factors and result of ectopic pregnancies and pregnanicy again which were treated in our hospital in five years were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There were 26 intrauterine pregnancies and 33 REP after the primary ectopic pregnancy(EP). There was a marked influence on REP by pelvic abnormality and the times of EP, the state of the side Fallopian tube (P=0.020) and the treatment of the Fallopian tube(P=0.028) were all effect ectopic pregnancy prognosis.Conclusions:According to the state of the pelvic kidney and the Fallopian tubes, the methods of treating REP should be selected carefully.
