国有企业改革现状如同处在生命斜坡上,表现为管理体制上的四大交织和竞争的三大压力。面对国企改革的现实,工会应当坚持理权原则、目标原则、匹配性原则、程序原则和人本主义原则。
The status of reform of SOEs is four interwines of management system and three pressures of competition. How to face the status of reform of SOEs? How will trade unions do? The author put forward his view.
