DENG Zhong-xia and Workers' Movement in Kailuan

中国共产党早期卓越的领导人之一邓中夏在领导开滦工人运动时,一方面关心开滦工人的苦难生活,鞭挞资本家的累累罪恶,启发开滦工人的阶级觉悟,一方面指导工人开展劳动立法运动,推动开滦革命斗争高潮的到来,并肯定开滦工人运动在中国工人运动史上的重要地位。

DENG Zhong-xia, one of the outstanding leaders in the early phase of CPC, had paid attention to sufferings of workers during his leading work in Kailuan colliery, lashed the countless crime of capitalists and enlightened workers' consciousness. He had gone right to the mining areas, guided the workers' movement of labor legislation, drove the coming of struggle climax and affirmed the historical status of Kailuan workers' movement in the history of workers' movement in China.
