改革开放以来,一方面我们取得了显著成绩,另一方面市场竞争中的一些危害职工群众利益的行为,使其积极性受到影响。如何改变这种趋势是一个十分重要而又急迫的课题。

Since the reform and opening-up, on the one hand, we have made remarkable achievements.On the other hand, the interests of some staff and workers are hurt in the market competition and their enthusiasm is influenced. It is very unfavorable to realize new tasks of the new stage of socialism. It is very important and urgent to find out solutions to this problem.
