彩色多普勒血流汇聚法定量评估二尖瓣返流的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒与频谱法血流汇聚法在二尖瓣返流定量诊断中的价值。方法:对29例二尖瓣关闭不全患者的二尖瓣返流量分别用彩色多普勒血流汇聚法(FCR)和频谱多普勒法(SDE)进行了自身对比分析。结果:本组29例FCR和SDE定量每搏二尖瓣返流量平均分别为36.67毫升和38.58毫升。经配对计量资料t检验,t=0.667,P>0.10。SDE和FCR定量二尖瓣返流量无显著性差异。结论:FCR比SDE定量评估二尖瓣返流量更简便、迅速、实用。
