摘要
目的 :介绍改进的“二袖套”法大鼠原位肝移植动物模型。方法 :采用改进的“二袖套”法进行 110只大鼠原位肝移植。结果 :切取供肝时间平均 37min ,修肝时间平均 13min ,无肝期平均 14min。术中和术后 4h内死亡 8只 ,手术成功率达 93%。术后 1周死亡 11只 ,1周存活率为 89%,主要死亡原因为感染和胆道梗阻。结论 :改进的“二袖套”法大鼠原位肝移植具有无肝期短、手术成功率高、大鼠术后存活时间长的优点 ,是大鼠原位肝移植的理想术式。
Objective:To introduce an animal model of modified cuff technique of orthotopic liver transplantation in the rat.Methods:Orthotopic liver transplantation was conducted in 110 rats by modified cuff technique.Results:The average time of acquiring donor liver was 37 minutes,repairing liver was 13 minutes,anhepatic phase was 14 minutes.Eight cases died in operation and after surgery,the operative successful rate was 93%.Eleven rats died after one week postoperatively,the survival rate was 89% after 1 week,the main causes of death were infection and obstruction of biliary tract.Conclusion:The modified cuff technique possesses advantages of short anhepatic phase,high operative successful rate,and long survival time after surgical operation,which is an ideal operative method of orthotopic liver transplantation in the rat.
