Diagnosis,treatment and prospect for thyroid nodules and tumors

摘要 简要讨论甲状腺结节和甲状腺肿瘤的定义和分类 ,及细针抽吸细胞学检查、核素扫描和超声等检查在其诊断及指导治疗中的价值。评述甲状腺结节和甲状腺肿瘤的治疗原则及最新进展。 The definition and classification of thyroid nodules and tumors are briefly introduced, and the clinical criteria that prompt the evaluation of thyroid nodules are discussed, based principally on fine needle aspiration cytology, radioisotope scanning and ultrasound examinations. The principles of treatment as well as the recent progress in this field are commented.
