摘要 在温室防雨条件下,烟草移栽(盆栽)后停止浇水,土壤自然干旱,根系及地上部分生长明显受到抑制,保水剂处理能减少土壤蒸发,一定时期内根际土壤含水量维持在一定水平,根系活力及生长受抑制程度减轻,复水后根系活力恢复较快,根及地上部的生长均优于无保水剂组,有助于烟草适时抗旱移栽. This study was carried out in a green house after the seedlings of Flue-cured tobacco had been transplanted into pots.The growth of roots and shoots,the roots activ- ity of tobacco plants were substantially limited by soil drought,but this inhibition could be alleviated by using Water-absorbing resin around thd roots in soil.It also appeared that this Water-absorbing resin could reduce the evaporation of soil water;keep the water content of soil around the roots to a certain extent in the early period of the drought,and could make the activity of roots recover quickly when plants were rewatered.From all the results above,the application of Water-absorbing resin was re-commended as a way for the drought-resistant transplant of tobacco plants.
