摘要
将链脲佐菌素诱发的糖尿病大鼠 ,以阿魏酸钠处理 8周 ,可使糖尿病大鼠主动脉的胶原和胶原中糖基化终末产物的含量降低 ,其机制可能与阿魏酸钠保护抗氧化酶有关。
Stroptozotocin-induced diabetic rats were treated with sodium ferulate for 8 weeks, which resulted in decreased amounts of collagen and advanced glycation end products of collagen in the aorta. The mechanism seems to be related to the protection of antioxidase by sodium ferulate.
