中国犀金龟科一新记录种

A New Record Species of the Class Dynastidae (Coleoptera) From Yunnan,China

在整理云南农业大学植保系昆虫标本室的犀金龟标本时,发现—中国新记录种:长角犀金龟 Eupatorus gracilicornis Arrow,此种与哈尤犀金龟 E.hardwickei(Hope)近似,雄虫的主要区别是:唇基中凹得更深,头面额角很长,前胸背板上的两对角也很长,后一对角彼此远离,鞘翅边缘的颜色不比中部浅.

Among species of Dynastinae Preserved by Yunnan Agricultural University, The Eupatorus gracilicornis Arrow 1908 is recorded for the first time from Chinia.The species is similar to Eupatorus hardwickei(Hope 1983),but clypeus more deeply emarginated,Frontal horns of males very long,discal horns of pronotum very long and slender,sitting far from one another,Sides of elytra not brighter than disc.Paramera nearly oval,apices broadened rounede.
