白细胞介素-1α、4、6基因多态性与Graves病的关系

Association of interleukin-1α,4,6 gene polymorphisms with Graves' disease

本研究分析了中国山东地区汉族人群Graves病患者与健康对照者白细胞介素 1α、4、6基因多态性。结果表明Graves病患者白细胞介素 4(-5 90 )c/t基因型和t等位基因频率均低于健康对照组。

Interleukin (IL)-1α, 4, 6 gene polymorphisms were analysed in patients with Graves′ disease (GD) and controls of Han population in Shandong province. The results showed that frequencies of IL-4 (-590) c/t genotype and t allele were significantly lower in patients with GD than those in controls.
