左旋甲状腺素治疗对亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者血脂和症状影响

Effects of levothyroxine treatment on symptoms and serum lipids in the patients with subclinical hypothyroidism

各种原因所致亚临床甲状腺功能减退 (甲减 )患者 3 6例 ,经左旋甲状腺素治疗后 ,血清总胆固醇 ,低密度脂蛋白和甘油三酯较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,有甲减症状的部分患者症状缓解。

Thirty-six subclinical hypothyroidism patients with different pathogenic background were treated by levothyroxine. After treatment the levels of serum total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and triglyceride were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01) and some patients with hypothyroidism showed amelioration in symptoms.
