2型糖尿病患者外周血单个核细胞中醛糖还原酶mRNA水平与糖尿病肾病危险性的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between aldose reductase gene expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and the risk of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patients

摘要 以RT PCR法检测外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)中醛糖还原酶 (AR)mRNA水平。 2型糖尿病患者的PBMCARmRNA水平与尿白蛋白排泄率呈正相关 ,提示AR活性与糖尿病肾病的发病机制有关。 Aldose reductase (AR) mRNA level in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was assayed by RT-PCR. There was a positive correlation between PBMC AR mRNA level and urinary albumin excretion rate in type 2 diabetic patients. The result suggests that AR activity is related to the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.
