农抗SH-62的B_2-UBL-609发酵研究

Studies on the Fermentation Regularity of the Highly Yielded Antibiotic Mutant Strain B_2-UBL-609

本文报道12种碳源,13种氮源和3种无机盐对农抗 SH-62产生菌高产突变株B_2-UBL-609生长及产素的影响;产素发酵条件:温度,周期,摇瓶装量,pH;产素活性最好的发酵培养基 ACSl:黄豆饼粉5%,玉米粉2%,NaCl 1.5%,pH 7.2.发酵周期72～96 h,发酵温度37℃,摇瓶装量120ml/500ml 三角瓶,pH 7.0～7.5.

This paper discrips the effects of twelve kind cf carbenic resourcos thirteennitrogenous and three inorganic salts used in culture by the strain Bz-UBL-609 on growth and yielding Antibiotics.The results as follows: The best culture medium is ACS1.Soybean cake powder 5%,soluble starch 2%, maizpowder 2%, NaC1 1.5%,pH 7.2. The optimal temprature is 37℃,for 72～96 h,pH 7.0～7.5,120ml medium in 500ml shaking glass flask.
