超声对小儿肠套叠的临床价值

The Diagnostic Value of Ultrasonography in Children's Intussusception

目的 探讨超声对小儿肠套叠的临床价值。方法 对 42例小儿肠套叠的超声诊断结果进行分析 ,所有病例均经空气灌肠或手术证实。结果 3 1例为右侧腹部肠套 ,11例为非右侧腹肠套 ;3 8例为典型肠套叠图像 ,3例为不典型低回声包块 ,1例未探及包块。 42例均先行超声检查 ,3 2例行X线透视空气灌肠 ,2 4例整复成功 ,18例行手术。结论 小儿肠套叠部分可发生在非右侧腹部 ,图像可不典型 ,详细扫查 ,正确识别图像 ,重视间接图像 ,可减少漏诊。

Objective The clinical value of ultrasonography on children's intussusception was discussed.Methods The ultrasonographic findings of 42 patients, who had been confirmed by air enema reduction or surgery, were analyzed. Results 31 children had intussusceptions in the right abdomen and 11 patients in the other quadrants. 38 patients were found to have a typical ultrasonographic appearance of intussusceptions, 3 patients had a atypical hypoechoic mass, and no mass could be found in one patient. 32 patients had undergone air enema reduction. 24 patients were successfully relieved, and 18 patients were sent to surgery. Conclusion Some of children's intussusceptions might happen not in the right abdomen. The ultrasonographic appearance of these could not be typical. The false negative cases could be avoided by carefully scanning, indirect signs of intussusception. Ultrasonography can be referred for the treatment of intussusception.
