摘要 目的 :探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 ( b FGF)在糖尿病大鼠视网膜中的表达情况。方法 :建立糖尿病大鼠动物模型后 1、3、5个月进行视网膜石蜡切片的原位杂交及免疫组化实验。结果 :b FGFm RNA从 3个月开始有表达 ( 78% ) ,5个月时增加至 89% ,b FGF蛋白质也从 3个月开始有表达 ( 5 6% ) ,5个月时增至 89%。结论 :b Objective:To study the expression of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor (b FGF) in retina of diabetic rats. Methods:After diabetic rat models were established with streptozocin,in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were carried out on paraffin slide at 1,3 and 5 month, respectively.Results:In situ hybridization showed expression of mRNA of bFGF from diabetic rats. The expression rate increased up to 89% until 5 months. Immunohistochemcally, bFGF expression also was showed in paraffin slide. The rate increased to 56% in diabetic rats after 3 months, to 89% for 5 months. Conclusion:The bFGF could be expressed in background diabetic retinopathy of diabetic rats.
