摘要
用真空共蒸发沉积CuInSe_2薄膜,研究了薄膜组份、结构、光学和电学性质与工艺条件的关系。
Thin films of CuInSe_2 have been fabricated by two and three sources vacuum evaporation process. The Composition, structure, optical and electric properties of the fires have been discussed in relation to preparation conditions.
