摘要
研制了EVA及其并用弹性体的超轻发泡材料 ,研究了熔体流动速率、VA以及DCP、AD3 0 0、ZnO、硬脂酸(St)、硬脂酸锌 (ZnSt)和填充剂 (TA)对发泡体力学性能的影响 ,确定了稳定、可靠、重复性好的生产配方和工艺条件 ,并已投入生产 4a之久 ,生产出 80 0 0多万双adidas运动鞋中底。
Super light foamed EVA was prepared.Effects of melt flow rate, VA contents and additives such as DCP,AD300,ZnO,stearic acid,zinc stearate and fillers on properties of foamed EVA were studied.A stable, reliable and reproductive formula and technology had been determined and applied to produce adidas sport shoes for more than 4 years and yielded more than 80 million pairs of midsoles.
