摘要
对高性能阻燃剂纳米氢氧化铝进行表面改性研究 ,结果表明改性后的氢氧化铝比表面积增大、吸油值降低、分散性好 ,填充于聚丙烯后明显改善熔融现象 ,有较好的阻燃效果 ,且材料的力学性能有所提高。
The modification of an efficient flame retardant—nano Al(OH) 3 was performed.The experimental results indicated that the modified Al(OH) 3 had a larger specific surface area,lower oil absorbency and better dispersion.With the addition of Al(OH) 3 into PP,PP exhibited improved melt-dripping phenomena,better flame retardance and smoke suppression effects as well as better mechanical properties.
