摘要
介绍了CAE技术在蓄电池注塑中的实际应用过程。通过对客户实际生产中遇到问题的具体分析 ,采用注塑CAE软件MPI对产品的注塑流动过程进行模拟计算 ,找到症结所在。利用MPI的分析结果 ,找寻到对熔体平衡流动最为合适的浇注系统设置 ,从而比较圆满地解决了用户的实际问题。
Application of CAE in accumulator container injection molding was introduced. Based on the analysis of customer's practical problems in production,injection molding CAE was employed to simulate the injection process and discover the reason for molding defects.Furthermore,a best injection runner system from the results of MPI's analyses was chosen and the customer's problems were solved successfully.
