摘要
通过二维典型截面简化模具的三维结构 ,建立了注塑模典型截面温度场的边界积分方程。利用边界元法分别对动模和定模进行传热分析 ,根据分型面边界相容性条件进行耦合 ,最终求出型腔表面温度场的数值解。通过实例验证了文中算法的正确性与有效性。
A boundary integral formulation is established to analyse the typical-section temperature profile of injection mold by simplifying three dimentional mold configuration to two dimentional one.Heat-transfer analysis is applied to mobile plate and solid plate using boundary element method,respectively,and coupled on the basis of compatibility conditions imposed over the cavity surface.As a result,a numerical solution of cavity surface temperature is given.An example is used to validify the correctness and effectiveness of the numerical method.
