列宁“租让制”对外开放思想研究

A Study on Lenin's Thought of Open Policy in Lease System

实行“租让制”是列宁的伟大首创，也是列宁对外开放思想核心内容。作者从实行租让制的必要性、可能性和必须坚持的原则、政策与策略三个方面对列宁“租让制”对外开放思想进行了全面阐述。今天研究与继承列宁这一宝贵思想遗产，对于我们不断深入发展的社会主义改革开放事业仍具有重大的理论与现实意义。

Lease system, the core of Lenin's thought of the open policy, was put forward and carried out by Lenin. Lenin's thought on lease system contained three key aspects: first was the necessity and the possibility of practising the system; second the principles which should be followed when carrying out the system; last the policies and strategies relevant to the practice of the system. Centering around the three key aspects, this thesis comprehensively expounded Lenin's lease system. Studying and inheriting the precious ideological legacy of Lenin is of great significance in theory and practice in the process of deepening development of socilist cause.
