摘要 研究了 12Cr 2W Mo V Nb N B钢的热处理工艺与组织结构和强塑性能的关系 ,分析了正火温度和回火温度对金相组织、亚结构、强度、塑性的影响及其变化规律。结果表明 ,该钢经正火回火后获得了回火板条马氏体与块状铁素体聚合型双相组织 ,晶粒尺寸不随正火温度的升高而长大 ,回火时马氏体发生多边化回复而不出现再结晶。正火回火后钢的强度和塑性优良 ,5 75℃的持久强度试验证明钢的热稳定性优良。 Relation of the heat treatment,microstructures and mechanical properties of 12Cr-2W-Mo-V-Nb-N-B steel was researched and effect of the normalizing and tempering temperature on the microstructure,substructure,strength and plasticity were analyzed.The results show that after being normalized and tempered,the steel has the biphase structure with tempered lath martensite and blocky ferrite.The grain size doesn't grow up with the increase of normalizing temperatures,and the martensite takes place polygonization recovery instead of recrystallization during the tempering process.The strength and plasticity of this steel are excellent after being properly normalized and tempered.The thermal stability is good under the temperature of 575℃.
