摘要
研究了不同固溶 时效处理工艺对Cu Co Cr Si合金力学性能、电学性能及其显微组织的影响。结果表明 ,该合金有显著的时效强化特性 ,强化相为Co2 Si、Cr,最佳的固溶与时效处理工艺为 980℃× 1h固溶 ,冰盐水淬火 ,之后进行 4 80℃× 4h时效 ;在最佳固溶时效处理条件下 ,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和相对电导率分别为5 45 9MPa、4 38 9MPa、19 2 %和 4 6 7%IACS。
Effect of various solution-aging treatment on microstructure and properties of Cu-Co-Cr-Si alloy has been studied.The results show that this kind of alloy has an obvious aging strengthening characteristics,and precipitate phases are Co 2Si and Cr.The optimum solution and aging process is solution at 980℃ for 1h,then quenched in the ice-salt water,aged at 480℃ for 4h.At this condition,the tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and relative electrical conductivity of the tested alloy is 545.9MPa,438.9MPa,19.2% and 46.7%IACS,respectively.
