摘要
针对国产 2 3MnNiCrMo5 4钢C级圆环链常常存在棒料预拉伸变形不均匀和疲劳寿命低等问题 ,与用进口钢材产品进行了比较 ,发现国产 2 3MnNiCrMo5 4轧材显微组织不均匀 ,影响淬火回火后的碳化物分布均匀性。试验证明 ,经过合理的扩散退火可消除晶内成分偏析 ,使淬火回火后的组织均匀 ,获得细小、弥散、球状分布的第二相粒子 ,力学性能得到显著改善。
Link chain products of the C grade made of domestic 23MnNiCrMo54 steel were often accompanied with the uneven pretensile deformation and low fatigue life.For this reason,the microstructure of rolling bar from the domestic and imported steels was analyzed and compared with SEM.The results shows that the uneven microstructure exists in the domestic steel remarkably,which will effect on the distribution of carbide after quenching and tempering.And so the diffusion annealing process was proposed to eliminate the segregation and get a homogenous microstructure with fine,dispersed and spheroid carbides in matrix after quenching and tempering,and the comprehensive mechanical properties are improved remarkably.
