摘要
研究了由BF3·THF催化三溴苯基缩水甘油醚 /烯丙基缩水甘油醚 /环氧丙烷 /环氧乙烷的开环共聚反应 ,制成侧链含烯丙基的不饱和阻燃聚醚多元醇 (HIROL Ⅲ ) ,再与丙烯腈 (AN) /苯乙烯(St)进行接枝共聚反应 ,合成了预期结构阻燃聚合物多元醇 (HIPOL Ⅰ )。采用VPO技术测定分析了HIROL Ⅲ的不饱和度、AN/St的配比及其用量、原料投料方式和搅拌速度等对HIPOL Ⅰ的粘度和相对分子质量的影响 ,实验结果表明HIROL Ⅲ的不饱和度是决定AN/St接枝效率高低的关键因素。
The predicted structure flame retardant graft copolymer polyol(HIPOL Ⅰ) was synthesized by graft reaction of acrylonitrine(AN)/styrene(St) with unsaturated polyether polyol (HIROL Ⅲ), which was prepared by the copolymerizatoin of tribromophenyl glycidyl ether,allyl glycidyl ether,epoxypropane and oxirane.The effect of unsaturated degree ,ratio of AN/St and their concentration, the feeding manner of raw material, and stirring rate on the viscosity and M n of HIPOL Ⅰ was investigated. The results indicated that graft efficiency and η were significantly effected by the unsaturated degree of HIROL Ⅲ.
