摘要
在有机磷催化剂作用下 ,以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 (MDI)合成碳化二亚胺预聚体 ,采用单官能度带活泼氢化合物封端得到耐水解稳定剂。通过对MDI缩合过程动力学研究 ,优化了MDI基碳化二亚胺耐水解稳定剂的合成条件。实验表明较适宜的反应条件为 :温度 1 80~ 2 30℃ ,催化剂用量 2 .0 %~ 3.0 %。并对成品进行了简单的表征。最后将MDI基耐水解稳定剂与Bayer公司的Stabaxol 1进行了应用性能的对比 ,实验合成样品耐水解性能达到Stabaxol 1的 70
Catalyzed by compound containing PO covalent bond, carbodiimide oligomer was synthesized from MDI, then intermediate was capped by compound containing hydroxyl, in the end, MDI based hydrolyze resistant reagent was produced. Reaction kinetics was investigated and process conditions were optimized, reaction temperature is 180~230℃ and the amount of catalyst is 2.0%~3.0%. Physical properties of product were characterized and application properties were compared with Stabaxol 1, which was synthesized from 2,6 isopropane phenyl isocyanate by Bayer, we found application property of MDI based product can achieve 70% level of Stabaxol 1 by the same dosage.
