摘要
以聚丙烯腈 (PAN) /聚乙烯醇 (PVA)合金为膜材料 ,用液 固相转化法成膜制备PAN/PVA体系的非对称型合金微滤膜。研究了铸膜液浓度、聚合物共混配比、铸膜液温度溶剂蒸发时间、凝胶浴温度对膜结构和膜性能的影响。结果表明 :采用了液 固相转化法成膜 ,可制成孔径为 0 5~ 5 0 μm的非对称性PAN/PVA合金微滤膜。
In this thesis asymmetric PAN/PVA alloy microfiltration (MF) membranes were prepared via alloying of membrane materials and L-S phase inversion method. The effects of casting solution structure and the desolvation rate on the structure and performance of polymer alloy membrane were investigated systematically. The results indicated that the micrometer pore size of the membrane skin could be adjusted by regulating the compatibility of polymer alloy, so the MF membrane could be made; moreover, the hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity of the membrane could be improved by changing P1/P2 ratios. Both the thermodynamic and kinetic factors had significant influence on the compatibility of the polymer alloy in membrane, furthermore on the structure and performance of the membrane. Asymmetric PAN/PVA alloy MF membranes with pore size of 0.5~5.0μm were prepared by L-S phase inversion method.
