摘要
运用均匀设计方法考察了酚醛树脂和氯化亚锡复合硫化剂对粉末丁腈橡胶 (PNBR) /高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)热塑性弹性体力学性能的影响。通过回归分析发现 :酚醛树脂的用量大于 1份时 ,PNBR/HPVC热塑性弹性体的力学性能主要受氯化亚锡用量的影响 ;并进一步验证了氯化亚锡对PNBR/HPVC热塑性弹性体的硫化作用。
The effect of compound curing agents of phenol-formaldehyde resin and SnCl 2·2H 2O on the mechanical properties of the powder nitrile-butadiene rubber (PNBR)/polyvinyl chloride of high degree of polymerization(HPVC) thermoplastic elastomers was investigated by even designed method. When the amount of phenol-formaldehyde resin was more than 1 phr, the mechanical properties of PNBR/HPVC TPE were mostly effected by the amount of SnCl 2·2H 2O, and the vulcanizing function of SnCl 2·2H 2O on PNBR/HPVC TPE was proved by regression analysis
