心不干抗癌有效成分的研究

通过临床试验证明,心不干具有抗癌和止血等医疗效用,此外,还能抑制膀胱炎,前列腺肥大和尿道淋病,因为心不干是天然药物,故不易产生抗药性。经过提取,反复进行化学分析表明含有甾体皂甙。通过红外和紫外光谱分析,确定其含有的官能团,官能团位置和部分立体构型,初步断定其抗癌有效成分是甾体皂甙。

It is Confirmed by clinical tests that Tupistra Chinensis Baker bears anticancer action for stomach and hemostatic action. In addition, it is capable of suppressing cystitis, hypertrophy of prestate, and urethral gonorrhea. Because Tupistra Chinensis Baker belongs to natural drug, So it does not become drug-fast. After extracting and separating it is proved by repeated analysis to conrain steroidal saponin. In addition identified by IR and UV, we determine what functional goups it contains, positions of functional group and a part of steric configurations. It is prelimina- rily determined that the active constituent for anicaneer is steroidal saponin.
