摘要
本文采用调查访问和查阅资料的方法,对我国部分高校开设气功课的基本情况作了调查和分析,结果表明:高校开设气功课是可行的,有效的,它对增进学生身心健康、防治疾病、开发智力和涵养道德等方面,都有明显的效果,是学校开设的理想课程。
This report has researched into the general situation about offering Qigong courses in many universities and colleges in China by means of investigation, visits and consultation of relevant materials. It comes to the conclusion that it is feasible and effective for universities and colleges to offer the course, because the course achives obvious results in improving students bodies and minds, proventing and curing their diseases and developing their intellect, morality and self-restraint, etc. Therefore it is an ideal course for schools.
