细胞周期蛋白D2和p27^(kipl)在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of cyclin D2 and p27^(kipl) protein in human non-small cell iung cancer

目的 探讨细胞周期蛋白D2(cyclin D2)和p27kjpl在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化S-P法检测63例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中cyclin D2和p27kipl的表达情况。结果63例NSCLC中cyclin D2和p27kipl阳性表达率分别为39.7％和54.0％,与正常支气管黏膜比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。p27kipl的表达与NSCLC的分化程度、淋巴结转移以及临床病理分期相关(P<0.05)。cyclin D2与p27kipl的表达呈显著负相关。结论cyclin D2和p27kipl的异常表达与NSCLC的发生有密切关系。p27kipl还与NSCLC的进展有关,并可作为估计预后的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of cyclin D2 and p27klpl proteins in human non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Cyclin D2 and p27kipl proteins in paraffin-embedded sections of 63 cases of human non-small cell lung cancer were examined by S-P immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rates of cyclin D2 and p27kipl were 39.7% and 54.0% respectively. There was significant difference between carcinoma and normal bronchial mucosa (P<0.05). The expression of p27kipl protein correlated with histologic differentiation ( P < 0.05) , lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05) and clinicopathologic stage ( P < 0.05 ) . There was a negative correlation between cyclin D2 and p27kipl expression. Conclusions The expression of cyclin D2 and p27kipl proteins may play a role in human non-small cell lung carcinogenesis. The p27kipl protein expression is related to progression of lung cancer and might be a useful prognostic marker in lung cancer.
