层粘连蛋白在鼻咽癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression of laminin in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance

目的 探讨鼻咽癌中癌细胞及癌周基底膜层粘连蛋白(laminin,LN)的表达情况及临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法对66例鼻咽癌组织蜡块进行层粘连蛋白检测。结果 癌细胞LN阳性表达率为45.5％(30/66),癌周基底膜LN阳性表达率为36.4％(24/66);癌细胞LN表达与鼻咽癌T分期相关,与预后呈负相关,而癌周基底膜LN表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关;癌细胞LN阴性癌周基底膜LN阳性病例预后最好。结论 层粘连蛋白的表达与鼻咽癌细胞的浸润、淋巴结转移有关,联合监测癌细胞及癌周基底膜LN的表达情况有助于判断鼻咽癌的预后。

Objective To study the expression of laminin(LN) in tumor cells and basement membrane ar-round the tumor and its clinical significance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods The S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of LN in 66 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Results The positive expression rates of LN was 45.5% (30/66) in tumor cells and 36.4% (24/66) in basement membrane arround the tumor . The expression of LN in tumor cells correlated with T stage, and had a negative correlation with prognosis. The expression of LN in basement membrane arround the tumor had a negative correlation with lymph node metastasis. The prognosis was the best in patients with negative LN staning in tumor cells and positive LN staning in basement membrane arround the tumor. Conclusion Expression of LN correlated with lymph node metastasis and infiltration of tumor cells in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It is helpful for judging the prognosis to investigate the expression of LN both in tumor cells and basement membrane arround the tumor.
