Clinical significance of using B-mode ultrasonography to determine the quantity of pleural fluid

目的 探讨B超对判断胸腔积液量的临床价值。方法 引流前用B超测量胸水的最大深度、胸水波及的肋间数、纵向区数以及引流次数,与完全引流后胸水总量进行相关性分析。结果 疗前B超测量胸水的最大深度,与引流的胸水总量呈明显正相关,得方程式为估计胸水量=284.75×(B超胸水最大深度-3.2cm)。结论 B超测量最大深度可指导胸水量的估计,并有助于胸水治疗后的疗效判定。

Objective To study the clinical significance of using B-mode ultrasonography to determine the quantity of pleural fluid.Method The depth and other data of the pleural fluid were examined using B-mode ultrasonography before treatment. The quantity of pleural fluid was measured after treatment. Results The depth of the pleural fluid measured by ultrasonography correlated with the quantity of the pleural fluid drained, and other data were not correlated with fluid quantity. Conclusion It has clinical significance to use B-mode ultrasonography for determining the quantity of the pleural fluid.
