摘要
根据动激型和电激型两种调制式传感器原理在数学模型上的一致 ,以及机械式时栅和场式时栅各自的优缺点 ,再提出一种兼有机械运动和行波磁场的所谓“混激型时栅位移传感器”。
Based on the consistency of mathematical model between the mechanism-motivating modulation sensor and the electricity-motivating modulation sensor, the advantages and disadvantages of the mechanism time grating and the field time grating, the time grating displacement sensor of mix-motivating type with the mechanism movement and the travelling wave magnetic field is presented.
