摘要
介绍了一种在真空气氛下从高锑铅阳极泥中分离制备三氧化二锑的新工艺,并对影响挥发率的各种主要因素如挥发温度、真空度和挥发时间分别进行了讨论。利用此工艺,锑的脱除率可达到96%,一次性挥发制得的三氧化二锑的粒度细、纯度高(大于99.7%),可直接作为零级品使用,且挥发处理后所得贵铅中银的富集倍数高,具有实现流程短(仅需一道工序)、能耗低、无污染的特点。
A new vacuum evaporation process of antimony-rich lead anode slime was put forward, and the factors affecting the productive rate, such as temperature, residual pressure and time, were studied too. The results show the removal of antimony can reach 96% by using this technique, and the antimony trioxide obtained has a fine granularity and a purity of 99.7%, which can be used directly as a zero grade product. The silver was also concentrated on noble lead. The technological process has a short route (only one step) and is of pollution-free and energy-saving.
