On the condition of alkalescence,the mixing reaction along carbamide,formaldehyde(with thre same concentration)and lignin,the lignin flocculants modified by carbamide and formaldehyde are positive ions.The test results of tanned wastewater flocculated by the flocculant show that the removal ratio of colour or COD reaches 90% or 80%,when pH<6 and flocculant dosage 700mg/L.
