报导了用 2 -取代苯甲酰氯与 2 -氨基嘧啶类化合物合成了一系列的N -(4-甲基 -6-异丙氧基 -2 -嘧啶基 ) -2取代苯甲酰胺 ,产物经1HNMR、IR和元素分析测试而确证 ,并讨论了温度、缚酸剂及溶剂对收率的影响 。

In this paper N-(2-pyrimidino)benzamides was synthes ized by 2-substitu ted benzoyl chloride with 2-aminopyrimidines.The structures of target molecules have been confirmed by 1HNMR,IR and elemental analysis.The effects of the rea ction conditions such as temperature,acidcatching agent and solvent on the yield were discussed,and reacting conditions was optimezed.
